Delivery Route
Large items such as sofas and sideboards may not be able to pass through the entrance or corridor of the building and may not be brought into the room.
We are very sorry, but large products are made-to-order products, so we cannot accept returns on the grounds that we cannot carry them in. Before purchasing, please be sure to check the delivery route by yourself.
Check product size
Please check the size of the product you want from the product page.
The approximate packaging size is the size obtained by adding the width/depth/height 5cm to that size.
Some products are assembled, so please contact us if you need detailed packaging sizes.

Check delivery route
The transport routes vary depending on the residential environment of detached houses, condominiums, apartments, and customers.
It is essential to check not only the room where you actually want to install the product, but also the route to get to the location.
Depending on the shape of the product, it may not be possible to carry in the package as it is, but it may be possible to carry in after unpacking.
1Entrance
Doors and automatic doors make a big difference in the size that can be carried in at the entrance of detached houses and condominiums.
The height from floor to ceiling is often low around the entrance, so be careful with tall products.
Products can also be carried in tilted.

2Elevator
To put goods on the elevator, the size of the elevator entrance and the size of the inside must be larger than the goods.
Also, even if the elevator cannot be carried in, it may be possible to carry it in stairways. Check the packing size firmly.

3Access/Corridor
If the shortest side of the package size is shorter than the width of the aisle, it can be carried in. It is desirable to have a positive 10cm to allow for rubbing against the wall.
If there is a bend in the aisle, rotate the longest side vertically as you carry it in.
Be careful of protruding objects such as door knobs, power outlets, and lights around the door.
Doorknobs, furniture, and lights cannot be removed or moved.

4Stairs
Careful attention should be paid to the height to the ceiling, handrails, lighting, and bent corners when carrying stairs in.
As long as the width of the stairs is longer than the shortest side of the packaging size, you should be fine. It is desirable to have a positive 10cm to allow for rubbing against the wall.
Check the size of the landing width at turns.

5Room to be installed
Make sure that there is enough space for unpacking and assembly.
Please make sure that furniture that has already been placed is not in the way, and if necessary, move it in advance.

Notice
The delivery conditions are only guidelines and do not guarantee delivery.
It may not be possible to carry in due to various conditions.
We do not accept returns because we cannot bring them in. Please check beforehand.
Carrying in by lifting
If it is difficult to carry in from the front door, it is possible to carry in by lifting, although an additional fee will be charged.
The delivery company will make a preliminary inspection of the site to determine whether or not the lifting work is acceptable.
Basically, we can handle up to 2F, and cranes may be required for 3F and above.
If the lifting work is possible, we will inform you of the amount and make formal arrangements after your approval.
Please note that this service may not be available in some areas like oversea.
